Park Projects
The Parks and Recreation Department has many exciting projects completed in 2023. Check out the progress and updates below.
Breitenstine Park
The tennis courts have been resurfaced and painted. The courts were dedicated on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. They are open and ready for play!
Tuscora Park
The tennis courts were converted into Pickleball courts. The courts were dedicated on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. They are open and ready for play!
Edgewood Park
The tennis courts were converted into Pickleball courts. The courts were dedicated on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. They are open and ready for play!
Tuscora Park-Disc Golf
The disc golf course at Tuscora Park has been completed.
Decker Park-Skate Park
The Skate Plaza at Decker Park is an accessible, all-wheel park. A new bathroom facility was added and the park is open!
McCafferty Park
The basketball court and playground were installed as part of a grant received from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources/Natureworks. A new bathroom was added to the park.
